Leadership Team

Richard Hoover

Richard spent over 20 years in the farming industry before joining his father in the metal building business in 1999. Richard bought the business in 2001 and has guided the company from its small beginnings to its present position as a leading contractor in the local area. His focus is customer relations and sales.

Doug Hoover

Doug is the third generation of the Hoover family to be involved in the business. He spent 8+ years in the field, starting as a laborer and eventually serving as field superintendent. As salesman, he focuses on sales and customer relations. He joined the ownership team in 2015 and is actively involved in the day to day decision making of the company.

Dustin Fox

Dustin’s construction interest started as a boy helping his Dad do carpentry work. He joined the Hoover team in 2008, the Hoover family in 2009 when he married Richard’s daughter, and the ownership team in 2015. Dustin has worked on a wide range of projects including residential, remodel and commercial.

Brendon Weaver

Brendon came to Hoover Building Specialists in 2005 as accountant and CAD operator. In his present position he continues to oversee the accounting for the company as well as coordination of estimating and drafting projects. He also handles the marketing, H.R. and I.T. needs of the company.

Jonathan Martin

Jonathan spent several years in residential construction before joining the Hoover team. As field superintendent his focus is doing a quality job in a timely manner.

Andrew Nolt

Andrew started in construction when he graduated in 2010. He started in residential construction with framing and also gained experience in roofing, siding, and remodeling. In 2013 he joined the Hoover team working as a field laborer before moving into his current role in 2017.

Corbin Hoover

Corbin got his first experience in construction helping his grandfather with small remodel projects around the house. At age 18 he started doing HVAC installations, and then worked in a warehouse for a little over a year before coming to Hoover Building Specialists in 2010. After working in the field for several years he moved to the office. He takes care of service calls and helps with design and estimating.

Arnold Martin

Arnold has been involved in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has a broad range of experience in residential, remodel, and commercial construction. He is also experienced with CAD which is useful for his estimating and designing role.

Jason Rutt

Jason has been working in the construction industry since 2008. His construction experience includes residential framing, remodeling, siding, roofing, trim, and light commercial construction. He worked as a field superintendent before moving into his current role.

Merlin worked in residential and commercial construction as a new construction / remodel contractor for approximately 15 years before coming to Hoover Building Specialists in 2002. His 30+ years of construction experiences include all phases of carpentry, drafting, estimating, and project management.

Harold Eberly

Harold graduated from Millersville University in 1988 with a B.S. in Industrial Technology. His 25+ years of construction experiences includes sales, drafting, estimating, and project management.

Wil Petersheim

Wil started in construction as a boy helping his Dad. He has 20+ years of experience in residential framing, trimming, remodel and light commercial. He has worked in the field as a field superintendent and now is part of the design and estimating team.
